Small Space Made Roomy

As first time home buyers, this family’s priority was to create a space for friends to gather and their family to grow in. Their vision was to take an original ranch style home built in the 60’s and turn it into a fresh and modern home. We broke down a dividing wall between the living room and kitchen, removed overhanging cabinets, added new windows, modern appliances, can lights and more! The end result: an open concept with space for mingling and fun!
